We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who will be a key driving force in the development of the robotiq.ai platform — an enterprise RPA solution that automates repetitive business processes for companies like Krafton, Deutsche Telekom, and OTP Bank freeing up employees to focus on real work.

Are you a developer who’s tired of staring at code? In this role, you won’t write a single line of code — your tools are logic, creativity, and the ability to orchestrate AI agents that develop the platform for you. You use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex as your digital developers, while you are the architect who decides what gets built and how.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the robotiq.ai platform using AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) — no coding required, but with full ownership of the outcome
  • Designing and building AI workflows for automating RPA processes within the platform
  • Configuring, testing, and optimizing AI agents that develop and improve the platform
  • Identifying new opportunities to enhance the platform and translating business requirements into agentic tasks
  • Monitoring the output quality of AI agents and continuously optimizing prompts and context
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the platform meets the needs of enterprise clients
  • Keeping up with new AI tools and agents relevant to RPA platform development

What We're Looking For

  • Understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work
  • Experience or familiarity with AI coding agents — Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex
  • Experience with tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
  • Strong analytical thinking and an architectural approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering
  • Proactivity and a passion for experimenting with new technologies
  • Strong communication skills — you can translate a business requirement into a task for an AI agent
  • Writing code is not part of this job — but a technical background is a plus as it helps you understand what agents can and cannot do

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Workato, etc.)
  • Understanding of enterprise business processes (finance, accounting, operations)
  • Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases
  • Knowledge of Python or JavaScript — you won’t need it here
